For three seasons, dynamic real-estate duo and twin brothers Jonathan Scott and Drew Scott have helped people realize their real-estate and renovation dreams with their W network show, Property Brothers.
Now with another season looming, the producers behind the show are on the hunt for Lower Mainland couples or families who are looking to create their dream home.
Property Brothers is unique in that each of the brothers brings a different skill set to the table. Drew is the real-estate agent that tracks down the houses and identical twin Jonathan is a licensed contractor and designer that takes the hidden gems and exposes the true house that lurks beneath layers of old linoleum floors.
The brothers help people find, fix up and move into their dream homes.
But now the brothers need some help in the form of people who want to go on the show.
So if you are looking to purchase a home but are finding new builds are budget breakers and fixer uppers are more your financial style, why not apply?
According to the news release, those applying must be “outgoing, energetic, and fun.” And you must have financing in place and be ready to move when a purchasing opportunity arises.
Finally, this isn’t charity so you have to be up for working alongside the experts on your new fixer upper.
BTW, have you seen the experts or watched the show? Well, if you have, you know it wouldn’t be a real hardship to work alongside the very charming and stylish Jonathan.
The brothers, who have personally been investing in real estate for the past 15 years and boast Scott Real Estate Inc. offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Las Vegas, really know their stuff and they are fun to watch. Good energy goes a long way.
If you are chosen to be on the show, you will get free design, construction help and a “contribution,” towards the costs of your new home.
To apply for the show, go to propertybrothers@cineflex.com and tell them who you are and what you’re all about and why you want to be a part of the show. Don’t forget to include all your contact information.
